Thank you for purchasing a ticket to BlackHorrorCon 2026. We’re excited to welcome you! Please review our refund policy below to understand your options should your plans change.
1. General Ticket Refunds
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if requested before the event date.
- After 14 days, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event, regardless of purchase date.
2. Ticket Transfers
- Tickets may be transferred to another attendee up to 7 days before the event.
- To transfer a ticket, the original purchaser must contact our team with the new attendee’s full name and email.
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If BlackHorrorCon 2026 is cancelled by the organisers:
- Guests will receive a full refund of their ticket price.
If the event is postponed:
- All tickets will automatically be valid for the new dates.
- Guests who cannot attend the new dates may request a full refund within 30 days of the postponement announcement.
4. Partial Event Changes
- Refunds will not be issued for schedule adjustments or guest withdrawals.
- We reserve the right to modify the program without issuing partial refunds.
5. No-Show Policy
- Refunds will not be provided to attendees who do not show up for the event.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Full name
- Order number
- Email used for purchase
- Reason for refund
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
7. Merch & Add-Ons
- Merchandise and add-on purchases (VIP upgrades, photo ops, autographs, etc.) follow the same refund timelines as general tickets unless otherwise stated.
- Items delivered digitally or redeemed on-site are non-refundable.
